I had a fantastic time at Boyne Highlands! The skiing was excellent, and I especially loved the breakfast buffet, which was beyond amazing with so many options. The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updates. While I found the service acceptable, some aspects of the facilities could use a bit more attention. Overall, I felt it was good value for the money, especially given the range of activities available.

However, some areas, like the Wi-Fi and outdated decor, could use improvement. Overall, it's a great value for a family-friendly getaway with excellent golf and winter sports options.

Boyne Highlands Resort is a beautiful getaway with many outdoor activities and a vibrant atmosphere to enjoy. The rooms in the Heather Highlands area are spacious and clean, but some aspects are showing their age. While the outdoor hot tub and pool provide a fun experience, the quietness of the area can be disrupted by the occasional rowdy guest. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for a fall retreat, especially to see the stunning colors.

However, I did hear from others that some rooms could definitely use improvements, and the dining experience was hit-or-miss. Overall, it was a great getaway with family-friendly vibes and a great outdoor atmosphere.

We had a decent time at the resort with a great skiing experience and plenty of family-friendly activities. The location was perfect for our needs, but the dining options and arcade experience left a bit to be desired. Overall, it provided solid value for money, especially with the ski schools for the kids and the convenience of shuttle services.

Rooms

The condo was a bit snug with 4 adults and 4 kids, but it was clean and had two bathrooms which made it manageable.
Service
8.0
The shuttle service was super helpful, and housekeeping was always prompt with extra towels when we needed them.
Location

Located conveniently across from the main lodge, making it easy to access skiing and other amenities.
Dining

While the dining at the Slope Slide was fun, the praise was mostly about the breakfast service which was good but could use some variety. The arcade experience was not great for the kids.
Facilities

The indoor/outdoor heated pool was a highlight, especially at night after skiing.
